FONGTIL REALIZOU UMA REUNIÃO COM O ADMINISTRADOR DO POSTO ADMINISTRATIVO DE BARIQUE SOBRE A PREPARAÇÃO DO DIÁLOGO COMUNITÁRIO.

Na Terça-feira dia 05 de Agosto de 2025, O Secretariado do Fórum ONG Timor-Leste (FONGTIL) realizou uma reunião com o Administrador do Posto Administrativo (APA)  Barique sobre as preparações ao atividade do Diálogo Comunitário Entre As Communidades, As Organizações das Sociedade Civil e IX Governo Constituicional que vai  realizar no Município de Manatuto, Posto Administrativo de Barique. Esta reunião é a fase de preparação para a atividade do Diálogo Comunitário.

Este reunião foi realizado no salão do encontro de Administração do Posto Administrativa de Barique com os objetivos para atualizar os resultados de encontro com o Presidente de Autoridade do Municipio de Manatuto; Faz a Introdução sobre o Secretariado FONGTIL; Explique os procedimentos das atividades do Diálogo Communitário e procura o local da atividade do Diálogo Communitário.

Na abertura da reunião, o Conselho Fiscal do Secretariado FONGTIL, Sr. Feliciano da Costa Araújo, disse: “A FONGTIL é uma organização sombrinha para 288 Organizações da Sociedade Civil no território de Timor-Leste. Somos gratos por poder vir a este lugar para ouvir seus pensamentos, discutir algumas questões sobre a preparação da atividade de diálogo, e já discutimos esse diálogo com o Presidente de Autoridade do Municipio de Manatuto. Este diálogo acontecer em Barique é pela quinta vez, que se realizou em Baucau (Waebitae), Bobonaro (Loelaku), Manufahi (Turiscai) e Ataúro (Villa Maumeta) entaun pelo pela quinta vez pensámos neste lugar Barique. Portanto, os chefes de aldeia devem preparar as informações e apresentar as condições reais dos problemas sociais neste Diálogo para que nesses diálogos haja ações concretas, tudo deve vir de vocês, então o Secretariado da FONGTIL facilita a visualização das questões e coordenará com os administradores dos postos. Obrigado por sua participação neste encontro. A razão para este diálogo é porque você está prestes a expressar suas preocupações e dificuldades aos seus líderes. E nossa esperança é que esse diálogo seja feito com nossa Excelência o Primeiro-Ministro e os seus membros governantes participem do diálogo para ouvir todas as situações infectadas por nossas comunidades nos setores de Educação, Saúde, Agricultura e Infraestrutura Básica porque isso é interesse nacional. O projeto do GNL será feito aqui, temos que discutir seus impactos nas gerações no futuro, queremos desenvolvimento, mas temos que considerar suas consequências para as áreas produtivas.”

Além disso, o Administrador do Posto Administrativo de Barique, Sr. José Ramos, disse: “Agradeço à equipa da FONGTIL por ter vindo ao Posto Administrativo de Barique para as informações que ouvimos e que hoje acompanhámos directamente. Penso que estes diálogos estão em linha com a visão do povo timorense, gostaríamos de nos convidar a todos para que possamos dar soluções aos nossos pensamentos e discutir os muitos problemas que infectamos para os nossos Lideres. É por isso que temos um diálogo aberto para convidar o nosso Primeiro-Ministro e membros do governo, o que é uma grande oportunidade para expressarmos as nossas opiniões em relação às situações que infectamos. Os chefes de suco podem ter recolhido informações que encontrou sobre os problemas para dizer aos nossos líderes, e penso que nos convido a todos a pensarmos juntos para discutir o local do diálogo”.

Por fim, o Conselho Fiscal da FONGTIL Sr. Feliciano da Costa Araujo disse : “Em nome do conselho fiscal e do Secretariado do FONGTIL, muito obrigado pela sua presença. Você é o porta-voz do povo e o porta-voz para dar voz à sua comunidade. É por isso que espera mobilizar a sua comunidade para enumerar as preocupações da comunidade sobre os sectores produtivos e participar e dizer no diálogo”.

Além disso, o Administrador do Posto Administrativo de Barique, Sr. José Ramos, disse: “Acho que a informação que damos uns aos outros é muito importante, estaremos mais bem preparados, não podemos ver, por um lado, que devemos analisar todos os aspetos do megaprojeto se não o aceitarmos, é também um dilema para nós, que precisamos de ter em concideração de todos os lados, e que está ligado a setores importantes como a Agricultura, as Infraestruturas Básicas, a Educação e a Saúde, todos precisamos de analisar em conjunto, esperamos que todos possamos trabalhar em conjunto para este evento, mesmo que o programa seja pequeno, mas é do interesse nacional.”

FONGTIL HELD A MEETING WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE POST (APA) BARIQUE REGARDING THE PREPARATIONS FOR THE COMMUNITY DIALOGUE

On Tuesday, August 5, 2025, the Timor-Leste NGO Forum Secretariat (FONGTIL) held a meeting with the Administrator of the Administrative Post (APA) Barique regarding the preparations for the Community Dialogue between Communities, Civil Society Organizations and the IX Constitutional Government that will take place in the Municipality of Manatuto, Administrative Post of Barique. This meeting is the preparation phase for the Community Dialogue activity.

This meeting was held in the Administration meeting room of the Barique Administrative Post with the aims of updating the results of the meeting with the President of the Authority of the Municipality of Manatuto; giving an Introduction to the FONGTIL Secretariat; explaining the procedures of the Community Dialogue activities and searching for the place of the Community Dialogue activity.

At the opening of the meeting, the Fiscal Council of the FONGTIL Secretariat, Mr. Feliciano da Costa Araújo, said: “FONGTIL is an umbrella organization for 288 Civil Society Organizations in the territory of Timor-Leste. We are grateful to be able to come to this place to hear your thoughts, discuss some issues regarding the preparation of the dialogue activity, and we have already discussed this dialogue with the President of the Authority of the Municipality of Manatuto. This dialogue is taking place in Barique for the fifth time, having previously been held in Baucau (Waebitae), Bobonaro (Loelaku), Manufahi (Turiscai), and Ataúro (Villa Maumeta). Therefore, suco chiefs must prepare information and present the real conditions of social problems in this dialogue so that concrete actions can be taken. Everything must come from you. The FONGTIL Secretariat facilitates the visualization of the issues and will coordinate with the post administrators. Thank you for participating in this meeting. The reason for this dialogue is because you are about to express your concerns and challenges to your leaders. And our hope is that this dialogue will be held with His Excellency the Prime Minister and his governing members will participate in the dialogue to hear all the situations affecting our communities in the sectors of Education, Health, Agriculture and Basic Infrastructure because this is in the national interest. The LNG project will be carried out here. We need to discuss its impact on future generations. We want development, but we need to consider its consequences for productive areas.”

In the additions, the Administrator of the Barique Administrative Post, Mr. José Ramos, said: “I thank the FONGTIL team for coming to the Barique Administrative Post for the information we heard and which we followed directly today. I think that these dialogues are in line with the views of the Timorese people, we would like to invite all of us to be able to provide solutions to our thoughts and to be able to discuss the many problems that we have infected to our leaders. This is why we have an open dialogue to invite our Prime Minister and members of government, which is a great opportunity for us to express our opinions in relation to the situations we infect. The suco chiefs can have collected information that you have found about the problems to speak to our leaders, and I think I invite all of us to think together to discuss the location of the dialogue.

Finally, the Fiscal Council of FONGTIL Mr. Feliciano da Costa Araujo said: “In the name of the Fiscal council of the FONGTIL Secretariat thank you very much for your presence, you are the people’s spokesperson and the spokesperson to add the voice of your community, which is why you hope that you will be mobilising your community to list the community concerns about the productive sectors to come to speak in the dialogue.”

Furthermore the Administrator of the Barique Administrative Post, Mr. José Ramos, said: “I think the information we give to each other is very important, we will be better prepared, we cannot see on the one hand we must look at all aspects about the mega project if we do not accept it, it is also a dilemma for us, which we need to take into consideratios on all sides, and which is linked to the important sectors such as Agriculture, Basic Infrastructure, Education, and Health, we all need to look together, we hope that all of us can work together for this event even though the programme is small but it is for the national interest.”
