O FONGTIL REALIZA A ATIVIDADE DO TREINAMENTO DE DESENVOLVER O MÉTODO DO PLANO ESTRATÉGICO E PCM PARA OS MEMBROS DAS ONG NA REGIÃO LESTE

Hoje, segunda-feira, 14 de julho de 2025, O Secretariado do Fórum ONG Timor-Leste (FONGTIL) realiza a atividade do Treinamento De Dezenvolver o Método Do Plano Estratégico e Project Cycle Management (PCM) aos Membros da ONG na Região Leste, composto por os Membros da ONG no Municipio de Manatuto, Baucau, Lautem e Viqueque. O treinamento decorreu durante cinco (5) dias, começa em segunda-feira, 04 a 09 de Agosto de 2025.

Este atividade realiza-se no salão de ONG Fraterna, Municipio de Lautem com o objetivo de capacitar os membros das ONGs a adquirir os conhecimentos sobre a Análise PCM, projetar a Matriz do Planeamento de Projetos para preencher (os Objetivos, os objetivos específicos / Resultados, Resultados, Plano de Ação, Plano Orçamental, Desenho da Proposta de Projeto e Redação de Relatórios); Para os membros das ONG, após o treinamento, haverá um esboço de Plano Estratégico para a Organização. E para fortalecer a capacidade institucional das ONG membros para aceder ao financiamento de doadores.

Esta atividade foi participado pelo: O Prezidente de Autoridade do Municipio de Lautem e as Equipa do Presidente de Autoridade do Municipio de Lautem, Secretariado da FONGTIL e os seus membros da ONG na região Leste.

FONGTIL CARRIES OUT TRAINING ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP THE STRATEGIC PLAN AND PCM METHOD FOR NGO MEMBERS IN THE EAST REGION.

Today Monday 14th of 7th, 2025, the of Timor-Leste NGO Forum Secretariat (FONGTIL) carry out Carries Out Training Activities To Develop The Strategic Plan And Pcm Method For Ngo Members In The East Region, composed by the Members of the NGO in the Municipality of Manatuto, Baucau, Lautem and Viqueque. The training took place for five (5) days from Monday 04 to 09 July 2025.

The meeting took place in ONG Fraterna Hall in Municipality of Lautem with the aims to enable members of NGOs to have a knowledge about the PCM Analysis, Design the Matrix of Project Planning to fill (the Goals, specific objectives / Outcomes, Outputs, Action Plan, Budget Plan, Project Proposal Design the proposal and Report Writing); For NGOs members, after training will have a Strategic Plan draft for the Organization. And To strengthen the institutional capacity of member NGOs to access for donor funding.

This activity was participated by: the President of the Authority of the Lautem Munisipality, the President of the Authority of the Lautem Munisipality team, Secretariat of FONGTIL and its members of NGOs of the East region.
