Na sexta-feira, 26 de setembro de 2025 O FONGTIL juntos com os parseiros estrategicos como a Clinica Do Bairo-Pite, o CAMSTL, e Fundação De Pro Matan Di’ak Realizaram Uma Atividade Do Diálogo Comunitária Entre a Comunidade, as Organizações da Sociedade Civil Com o Nono (IX) Governo com a tema de “ Fortalecer A Gestão Do Fundo Petrolífero com Eficiência, Eficácia, Resiliente e Sustentável para o Bem Estar do Povo De Timor-Leste”.

Este diálogu realiza no campo de futebol, no suco de Uma Boco, no Posto de Administrativo de Barique no Municipio de Manatuto com o objetivu de Promover o diálogo construtivo no Espírito Democrático entre a Comunidade, as Organizações da Sociedade Civil (OSS), a Comunidade com o nono (IX) Governo; A comunicação entre o Governo, a Comunidade e as entidades relevantes faz parte da recolha de ideias produtivas para melhorar a prestação de serviços públicos com base no princípio da Boa Governação. Para que as Organizações da Sociedade Civil e a Comunidade tenham a esperança de que as conclusões e recomendações possam ser consideradas no Plano de Políticas do Governo para o ano de 2026-2027. E o papel das organizações da sociedade civil é importante para a construção do Estado e é necessário fortalecer a parceria entre o governo e a sociedade civil para o desenvolvimento nacional.

FONGTIL, TOGETHER WITH STRATEGIC PARTNERS SUCH AS THE BAIRO-PITE CLINIC, CAMSTL, AND THE PRO MATAN DI’AK FOUNDATION, CONDUCTED A COMMUNITY DIALOGUE ACTIVITY BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY, CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS, AND THE NINTH (IX) GOVERNMENT.

On Friday, September 26, 2025, FONGTIL together with strategic partners such Bairro-Pite Clinic, CAMSTL, and Pro Matan Di’ak Foundation conducted a community dialogue activity between the community, civil society organizations, and the Ninth (IX) Government with the theme “Strengthening the Management of the Petroleum Fund with Efficiency, Efficacy, Resilience, and Sustainability for the Well-Being of the People of Timor-Leste”.

This dialogue takes place on the football field, in the village of Uma Boco, at the Administrative Post of Barique in the Municipality of Manatuto, with the aim of promoting constructive dialogue in the democratic spirit between the community, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), the community, and the ninth (IX) government. Communication between the government, the community, and relevant entities is part of gathering productive ideas to improve the delivery of public services based on the principle of good governance. This allows Civil Society Organizations and the community to have hope that the conclusions and recommendations can be considered in the Government’s Policy Plan for the years 2026-2027. The role of civil society organizations is important for state-building, and it is necessary to strengthen the partnership between the government and civil society for national development.
