Hoje, dia 02 de Desembro de 2024, o secretariado do Fórum ONG Timor-Leste (FONGTIL) participa na atividade da USAID/Timor-Leste Mecanismo de Responsabilidade e Integridade em parseria com o Prevedor de Direitos Humanos e Justiça sobre o programa de “Top 10 Youth Integrity Leaders Fellowship in Timor-Leste 2025”. Este atividade foi realizada na Maubara Room de Timor Plaza Díli com o objetivu de Reconhecer e honrar os líderes jovens de vários setores da sociedade timorense que exemplifiquem os valores de integridade, honestidade, boa conduta e comportamento ético; Criar mais incentivos para uma governação ética, um serviço público responsável, fiabilidade e ações honestas; Aumentar a consciencialização entre os estudantes e os jovens para a importância do seu envolvimento no esforço nacional contra a corrupção; Fornecer as oportunidades concretas para estudantes e jovens se envolverem no esforço anticorrupção; E garantir que os jovens sejam efetivamente engajados, altamente visíveis e suas vozes devidamente ouvidas na luta contra a corrupção, e que sejam considerados como modelos de integridade e comportamento ético.

FONGTIL PARTICIPATED IN THE USAID/TIMOR-LESTE ACCOUNTABILITY AND INTEGRITY MECHANISM ACTIVITY ABOUT THE TOP 10 YOUTH INTEGRITY LEADERS FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM OF TIMOR-LESTE 2025.

Today 02 December 2024, the Forum NGO Timor-Leste secretariat (FONGTIL) Participated in the USAID/Timor-Leste Accountability And Integrity Mechanism Activity In Partnership with the Office of the Provider for Human Rights and Justice about the Top 10 Youth Integrity Leaders Fellowship Program of Timor-Leste 2025. This Activity is Hold in Maubara Room Timor-Plaza Díli with the Aims to Recognize and honor young leaders from various sectors of Timorese society that exemplify values of integrity, honesty, good conduct and ethical behavior; Create more incentives for ethical governance, accountable public service, trustworthiness and honest actions; Raise awareness among students and the youth regarding the importance of their involvement in the national effort against corruptions; Provide concrete opportunities for students and young people to get involved in the anti-corruption effort; And Ensure that the youth integrity fellow are effectively engaged, highly visible and their voices duly heard in the battle against corruptions, and that they regarded as role models for integrity and ethical behavior.
