O SECRETARIADO DA FONGTIL, JUNTAMENTE COM A EQUIPA DA COALIZÃO DE PESQUISA, REALIZOU UMA REUNIÃO DE VALIDAÇÃO PARA APRESENTAR OS RESULTADOS DA PESQUISA.

No dia 8 de julho de 2024, o Secretriado do Fórum ONG de Timor-Leste (FONGTIL), juntamente com a equipa da coligação de Pesquisa, realizou uma reunião de validação para apresentar os resultados da investigação sobre o “Estudo sobre a Prática dos Desenvolvimentos no Mecanismo de Subvenção para ONGs Locais e Nacionais em Timor-Leste”. Esta apresentação desta pesquisa foi realizada na sala de reunião da FONGTIL em Caicoli, Díli, com o objetivo de reenviar a apresentação à equipa correspondente para fazer uma validação; e assegurar uma base de dados adequada e credível.

Na abertura da apresentação, o Diretor Executivo do Secretariado da FONGTIL, Sr. Valantim da Costa Pinto disse que: “Precisamos fazer uma reunião para parceiros internacionais que não estão tendo uma vontade para construir uma parceria que possa equilibrar tarefas e responsabilidades. Portanto, esta pesquisa também mostra que nossos parceiros podem fazer suas próprias atividades no campo e sem o nosso envolvimento. Portanto, esta pesquisa é muito importante para mostrar onde está nossa situação e onde continuamos a procurar juntos, como é a maneira e onde continuamos a existir no futuro sem o apoio de outras pessoas. Temos de continuar a existir como sociedade civil de Timor-Leste”.

Além disso, o Representante da COP de Atividade de USAID, Sr. João F.Soares disse que: “Esta pesquisa acreditamos que todas as informações são coletadas de você para validar sua validade, a acuracia dos dados coletados, a fim de fornecer a opinião para fortalecer ainda mais os descobrimentos através desta pesquisa, porque esta pesquisa não é conduzida como pesquisa, mas será usada como evidência para advocacias fortes, especialmente para melhorar a capacidade financeira das ONGs nacionais e locais para continuar a existir e desempenhar suas funções de acordo com seus mandatos de visão e missão da organização”.

THE FONGTIL SECRETARIAT, TOGETHER WITH THE RESEARCH COALITION TEAM, HELD A VALIDATION MEETING TO PRESENT THE RESULTS FROM THE RESEARCH.

On July 8, 2024, the Secretariat of the Timor-Leste NGO Forum (FONGTIL), together with the Research coalition team, held a validation meeting to present the results of the research on the “Study on the Practice of Developments in the Subsidy Mechanism for Local and National NGOs in Timor-Leste”. This presentation of this research was at the FONGTIL meeting room in Caicoli, Dili, with the aim of resending the presentation to the corresponding team for validation; and ensure an adequate and credible database.

At the opening of the presentation, the Executive Director of the FONGTIL Secretariat, Mr. Valantim da Costa Pinto said that: “We need to hold a meeting for international partners who are not having the will to build a partnership that can balance tasks and responsibilities. This research also shows that our partners can do their own activities in the field and without our involvement. So this research is very important to show where our situation is and where we continue to look together, what the way looks like, and where we continue to exist in the future without the support of others. We must continue to exist as Timor-Leste’s civil society”.

In addition, the Representative of COP USAID Activity, Mr. João F.Soares said that: “This research we believe that all information is collected from you to validate its validity, the accuracy of the data collected, in order to provide the opinion to further strengthen the findings through this research, because this research is not conducted as research, but will be used as evidence for strong advocacy, especially to improve the financial capacity of national and local NGOs to continue to exist and perform their functions in accordance with their vision mandates and the organization’s mission”.
